How buying works

  1. Sign in to the product. What you buy is added to your account there, so the product needs to know who you are.
  2. Choose a plan or a pack. The product sends you here, and a secure payment page opens with the price, in the currency it is set in.
  3. It’s on your account. Usually within a minute or two of the payment going through, and your receipt comes by email. Nothing is shipped: see delivery.

Good to know

  • RefundsChanged your mind? A full refund within 7 days of a first purchase, as long as you haven’t used much of it.
  • DeliveryEverything is digital and lands on your account, usually within minutes.
  • Terms of saleOne set of terms for every product: plans, credits and fair use.
  • PrivacyWhat we hold, who else sees it, and how to have it deleted.
  • Products in fullWhat each one is and how it is sold.
