Some banks put our payment provider’s name in front of ours, or shorten it. Either way it is us. The amount and date are whatever you agreed at checkout.

Where your card details went

  • No card number ever reaches us. Payment is taken by our payment provider, on its own secure page. We do not see or store it.
  • Musketeers provides what you bought. Questions, support and any refund come from us. Our payment provider processes the payment, which is why its name can appear beside ours, or on its own, on your statement and receipt.
  • A subscription can be cancelled at any time. From your account, or by asking us. There is no retention call and no fee.
